Annual awards recognize companies based on workplace culture ratings from current employees
InfluxData, creator of the leading time series platform InfluxDB, announced it has won awards for Best Company Outlook and Best Engineering Team from Comparably, a leading workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform. InfluxData was selected for the awards based on ratings from current employees on workplace culture, including leadership, professional development opportunities, compensation, work-life balance, perks and benefits, and other core culture metrics.

Comparably’s Best Company Outlook list recognizes companies where employees feel confident about the future success of the company and how likely they are to recommend working there to a friend. InfluxData was included on the small/mid-sized companies list (with 500 or fewer employees). Additionally, InfluxData was ranked #41 on Comparably’s Best Engineering Teams list, which is derived from sentiment ratings provided by current employees in engineering departments. Both lists are developed from anonymous employee ratings on Comparably.com over the past 12 months.
