The company will be bolstering its Agency and Advertiser efforts with the addition of three, key new hires: Amy Madden as Senior Vice President, Revenue and Growth; Jeff Schmidt as Senior Vice President of Advertisers; and Conor Burgess as Vice President of Agency Partnerships. Madden will lead the agency side of sales and Schmidt the brand side, with both reporting directly to Pete Bradbury, Chief Commercial and Growth Officer.
With the company on track for $1 billion+ to be guaranteed on VideoAmp currency in 2024, these key hires underscore VideoAmp’s commitment to building a world-class Commercial Growth organization and delivering the best possible results for its clients. The addition of these well-known and widely respected industry talents to the salesforce comes directly on the heels of the recent promotion of Aaron Lilly to Senior Vice President of Client Success. Lilly, alongside Bryan Goski, Senior Vice President of Sell Side Revenue, will continue to lead commercial efforts for TV and digital publishers driving our valued partnerships to new heights. Schmidt joins VideoAmp from Nielsen, where he served as Senior Vice President of Advertisers. In his new role, he will be responsible for growing, fostering, and optimizing VideoAmp’s go-to market strategy, particularly with direct relationships into key brand advertisers. “I am thrilled to join VideoAmp and work with such a smart and talented team,” said Schmidt. “VideoAmp’s data-driven approach to advertising, scaling across demo and advanced audiences, is the future of the industry, and I am excited to be a part of the team that is leading the way.”
Madden joins VideoAmp from PwC, where she served as Tech & Media Consulting Client Relationship Director. In her new role, she will lead VideoAmp’s Agency team, working closely with agencies to develop and execute integrated advertising campaigns for their clients. Lastly, and signaling the company’s plans to make significant investment in local measurement in the coming months, Adam Bush recently joined the sales team as Vice President of Sales, Local Markets.
