MediaLink, the leading consulting firm serving the media and marketing industries, announced Emma Mondolino as EVP, Head of Marketing. Mondolino will be based in New York, reporting to Chief Business Officer Martin Rothman.
In the newly-created role, Mondolino will establish and oversee an in-house marketing function that will further elevate the company’s expertise and understanding of the market.

Prior to MediaLink, Mondolino served as Head of Nextdoor CREATE, Nextdoor’s business marketing & brand strategy team. Earlier in her career, she was an inaugural member of Twitter’s brand strategy team and worked on Pinterest’s marketing and sales teams. Her strategic campaign work has garnered numerous accolades, including being honored among the “2023 Top Women in AdTech.” Mondolino is involved with a variety of industry, academic and start-up advisory boards, including those of the IAB B2B Marketing Council, GWI, University of California, Irvine and Atmosfy.
