These initiatives have been reflected in Searchspring’s overall growth. In March 2022, the number of search requests Searchspring supported grew 116% YoY.
Customer Wins
In Q1, Searchspring gained 49 new customers including St Frock, an Australian-based women’s online fashion boutique. Since launching with Searchspring, St Frock has seen a 28% increase in search usage, which has contributed to a 30% increase in conversion.
“We love working with Searchspring,” said Matt Page, eCommerce and CRM manager, St Frock. “During our implementation, the global team was very professional, structured, and thorough in ensuring our launch was successful. In 2022, we are focused on expanding our sales globally with the support of Searchspring’s personalization, site customization, and merchandising capability.”
