Rosita Vivanco becomes Senior Vice President of Client Services, while Kate Nettenstrom, Rachel Cullitan and Victoria Whiting elevate to the role of Vice President
Walker Sands, a full-service marketing agency focused on accelerating the growth of B2B brands, has promoted four members of its Client Services department, further expanding its leadership team. Rosita Vivanco, who was recently also named the Head of Client Services, has been elevated to Senior Vice President of Client Services, while Kate Nettenstrom, Rachel Cullitan and Victoria Whiting were each named Vice President, Account Management.

Walker Sands established its Client Services department in 2019. Over the past three years, the team has experienced impressive growth, providing strategic account management and serving as the liaison between Walker Sands clients and its service teams. These promotions further prove the firm’s dedication to providing excellent client relationships and experiences.
- Rosita Vivanco to Senior Vice President, Client Services: Known for her ability to flawlessly navigate and support Walker Sands clients, Vivanco was recently named the department head and has played a critical role in maturing the Client Services department. Under her leadership, the Client Services team has thrived. Along with recruiting and training top talent, Vivanco has successfully combined project managers and account managers into one department, all while building a culture of inclusivity and accountability. In her role as Senior Vice President, Client Services, Vivanco will continue to oversee the account and project management teams responsible for bringing together Walker Sands services to meet the needs of the agency’s clients.
- Kate Nettenstrom to Vice President, Account Management: Since joining Walker Sands in 2014, Nettenstrom has been a part of some of the agency’s most pivotal moments, including working as one of the first team members in the Walker Sands’ Seattle office, as well as one of the earliest Client Services employees. Nettenstrom leads some of the agency’s most complex client engagements, serving as her clients’ strategic advisor and bridge to agency services. As Vice President, Nettenstrom will continue to partner with her clients and talented teammates to deliver award-winning work that raises the bar for both parties. She is also committed to building and fostering a consistent, streamlined and enjoyable experience across the different Walker Sands office locations in order to continue growing an account management team that supports exceptional work and a learning-first environment.
- Rachel Cullitan to Vice President, Account Management: Cullitan joined the agency in 2014 and, after a brief stint in public relations, transitioned to the Walker Sands’ Client Services department to help run the agency’s growing roster of complex integrated marketing programs. Today, Cullitan leads strategy for some of the agency’s largest integrated accounts, collaborating with talented teams across web strategy, brand, creative, content, demand generation, and PR to deliver award-winning work. She will continue to serve as the strategic lead for her clients, in addition to supporting the agency’s account growth goals.
- Victoria Whiting to Vice President, Account Management: Whiting joined Walker Sands in 2019 as one of the firm’s first Client Services department hires. Since then, she has leaned on her more than 12 years of agency experience to lead and grow some of Walker Sands’ largest and most complex integrated clients. Known for her consistent support and thoughtful mentorship, Whiting will spearhead the account management team’s skills acceleration and training, in addition to her continued work with clients.
