WILsquare Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, announced that its portfolio company, OuterBox, LLC (“OuterBox”), has completed the acquisition of TopSpot, a leading performance marketing agency with deep B2B and Industrial domain expertise. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
