In this position, the technology expert and entrepreneur is responsible for designing Foundever’s AI strategy (AI: artificial intelligence). In addition, his tasks include expanding relationships with relevant stakeholders such as customers, managers and shareholders.

Guillaume Laporte’s main focus is to define Foundever’s AI goals and develop a roadmap to achieve those goals. This also includes providing resources for AI projects and ensuring that interdisciplinary teams work closely together. This ensures that everyone acts together in accordance with Foundever’s mission: inspiring customers with excellent customer experience (CX). Another focus of the Barcelona-based and native Swiss is the strategic further development of AI-supported customer services and conversational AI. These are key technologies for reducing service costs and offering improved, personalized services.
