Merkle Named ‘Best in Class’ for Adobe & Salesforce in Europe

Merkle, dentsu’s leading data-driven customer experience company, has been recognised by PAC RADAR as ‘Best in Class’ for both Adobe and Salesforce related services provided in 2024. The reports, conducted by market research company PAC (Pierre Audoin Consultants), recognise Merkle as an industry innovator driving change for customers across a range of different sectors, facilitated by cutting-edge CX solutions from Adobe and Salesforce.

In the PAC Innovation RADAR report for Adobe Services in Europe, Merkle was awarded ‘Overall Best in Class’. The award recognises the expertise and breath of Merkle’s talent pool, which boasts 14,000 employees across the globe, 13 strategic hubs, and over 900 accredited Adobe experts throughout the EMEA region. Adobe experts carry Platinum or Specialist certifications and demonstrate exceptionally high levels of knowledge in the platform’s latest capabilities. Merkle continues to scale its on-ground footprint in 2024, with the recent expansion of its regional Digital Experience Centres, specialist units where clients can co-develop pioneering use cases harnessing Adobe’s future-facing capabilities.

In addition to the ‘Overall Best in Class Award’, PAC RADAR awarded Merkle the ‘Best in Class’ distinction for Adobe deployments in four vertical industries: Telco, Manufacturing, Retail and Financial Services.
