On November 5, 2024, Pindrop announced a groundbreaking native integration with Five9, enhancing cloud contact center security and authentication. This collaboration allows Pindrop to deliver its advanced solutions, Pindrop Passport and Pindrop Protect, directly within the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform. This improves inbound contact center security for enterprise customers. Previously, Pindrop and Five9 worked together using a Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) model, analyzing calls through third-party carriers.
The new SIPREC integration streamlines this process, offering enhanced fraud detection and authentication capabilities for customers using Five9 Telco. This integration also features Pindrop Self-Service within Five9’s Admin Console, ensuring a seamless user experience. Pindrop’s technology passively authenticates inbound callers. It analyzes their voice, device behavior, network patterns, and risk indicators. This enables smooth verification of legitimate callers and blocks potential fraudsters.
