Seismic, the global leader in enablement, announced the appointment of Johanna Flower to its board of directors. Johanna brings more than 20 years of go-to-market expertise, category creation and leadership experience at technology companies.

Most recently, Johanna served as the chief marketing officer at CrowdStrike where she led all global marketing for six years, including through its successful IPO in 2019. During that period, Johanna played a critical role in driving aggressive growth and transforming the company’s brand from a startup to one of the security industry’s leading public companies. Prior to CrowdStrike, Johanna held the role of chief marketing officer at Websense Inc. (now Forcepoint LLC). While at Websense, her vision helped shape the firm’s marketing and go-to-market strategies, resulting in the company becoming the worldwide leader in web security.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom.
