Customer experience agency, Tactis, was recently named the recipient of a five-year single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) with strategic marketing services. In essence, the contract charges Tactis with assistance in integrating and coordinating select marketing strategies and communications for the purposes of increasing efficiencies, leveraging resources, and providing a higher and more measurable rate of effectiveness in the General Services Administration’s marketing efforts.

Specifically, Tactis will assist with the creative design of strategic online ads, social media ads, creative marketing collateral, media management and support services, communication planning, video and audio production services, creative copywriting/editing services, media consulting services, and more.
