Mirror Digital, a leading multicultural and LGBTQ+ Publisher and Creator network, is elevating its leadership within the company’s growing branded content division.
Carmen Kwong, former Director of Sales Planning and Digital Strategy, has been promoted to Head of Integrated Programs, and Mariott Sanchez has been elevated from Associate Director to Director of Integrated Programs.
As the first Black-owned digital media company to support multicultural creators, Mirror Digital continues to enjoy exponential growth as it further cements itself as a go-to for Fortune 500 brands for high-performing, authentic engagement with diverse audiences.
“We are pleased to announce the promotions of Carmen and Mariott from within Mirror Digital,” said Sheila Marmon, Mirror Digital Founder/CEO. “Both bring unique skill sets, expertise, and life experiences to the company’s larger mission, which is to serve our audiences and brand partners authentically and with excellence. Their day-to-day contributions elevate every branded content and integrated digital program that Mirror Digital executes.”
Kwong joined Mirror Digital in 2017, on the heels of seven successful years at PK4 Media as Director of Brand Strategy. With 12 years of experience in the industry, she is now leading the custom programming at Mirror Digital. This includes overseeing the development of best-in-class branded video content, bespoke audio programs, and talent content development, on behalf of Mirror Digital’s agency and brand clients.

Her experience spans various verticals, including automotive, gaming, and telecom, along with content creation expertise in both traditional and emerging platforms.
