Royston brings robust expertise in scaling global marketing, demand generation, and building high performing teams, setting the stage for transformative international growth and customer engagement for Wrike.

Royston joins Wrike with over 20 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience. She most recently served as VP and Global Head of Marketing for Udemy’s business organization where she helped drive growth from $100M to 450M+ ARR, leading the team through critical initiatives such as an IPO, rebrand, and refocus of the company on B2B segments. Prior to her role at Udemy, Royston served as Vice President and Head of Marketing at Bitly. During her tenure, she transformed the marketing and communication teams and launched self-service SaaS plans that accelerated revenue growth. She has also held senior leadership roles at DropBox, Imperva and Salesforce.
