Stagwell (STGW) Acquires LEADERS to Amplify Global Influencer Marketing Strategy Using AI

Stagwell, the innovative network focused on transforming marketing, has acquired LEADERS, a top-tier digital agency based in Tel Aviv that specializes in influencer marketing and social commerce. LEADERS is also the developer of InfluencerMarketing.AI (IMAI), a global SaaS platform for influencer marketing. LEADERS will now be part of Stagwell Marketing Cloud’s PRophet Comms Tech Suite, a collection of AI-powered tools designed for contemporary PR and marketing professionals.

Founded in 2017 by Eran Nizri and Yehonatan Arami, LEADERS and IMAI blend high-value digital and influencer marketing strategies with an AI-powered SaaS platform. IMAI connects brands with over 300 million creators globally, enabling users to launch campaigns quickly with advanced analytics and management tools. Their clients include Nespresso, Samsung, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola, Playtika, Estée Lauder, and Superdry. This platform will complement Stagwell’s existing influencer marketing tools.

Stagwell Chairman and CEO Mark Penn expressed enthusiasm about integrating LEADERS, noting it enhances their AI-driven marketing solutions and marks their first agency in Israel. Aaron Kwittken, CEO of Stagwell’s Comms Tech Suite, highlighted the synergy between PRophet and Stagwell’s global expansion.

This acquisition, Stagwell’s seventh in 2024, follows deals with Team Epiphany, Sidekick, What’s Next Partners, PROS, Business Traveller, and BERA.
