Catalyst Acoustics Group (CAG), the parent company of an elite group of acoustic, seismic, vibration and noise control companies currently including Fräsch, IAC Acoustics, Kinetics Noise Control, Lamvin, Noise Barriers, and Sound Seal, is pleased to announce the promotion of Neal Knueven to Marketing and Brand Manager.

For the past two decades, Knueven has risen in the ranks at Kinetics, most recently serving as the company’s Marketing Manager. This new role expands his focus, allowing him the opportunity to make a greater impact on the branding, marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts of all brands in the Catalyst portfolio.

In addition to overseeing and directing a Kinetics’ product marketing manager and strategy-driven content team, Knueven will participate in new product development efforts, helping with commercialization and support of Catalyst’s sales distribution channels to leverage existing marketing collateral, and recommend the creation of new, targeted campaigns.
He attended Bowling Green State University where he earned a degree in Visual Communications Technology, with a minor in Marketing and a concentration in Graphic Design. He later attended Capital University, graduating with a master’s in business administration degree with a Marketing Specialization.
Knueven began his professional career at Kinetics in 2003 as the Web and Marketing Coordinator, before being promoted to Marketing and Communications Manager and most recently, Marketing Manager.
