Private Equity-Backed AutoManager Completes Merger and Strategic Growth Investment in Leading CRM Software Provider Selly Automotive

The Beekman Group-backed AutoManager Holdings Group, LLC (“AutoManager”), a provider of dealer management system and website builder tools to independent auto dealerships, has completed a merger between subsidiary AutoManager Acquisition, Inc. and A1 Software, Inc. (dba Selly Automotive) (“Selly”). Selly is a leading provider of customer relationship management (“CRM”) software and also targets the independent auto industry. As part of the transaction, AutoManager provided Selly with a growth investment to support staff expansion and product development.
