Lookout Aims to Simplify Resource Access by Integrating Partner Platform with AI

On October 23, 2024, Lookout Inc. announced the integration of an advanced AI-driven chatbot from Embrace.ai into its Lookout Partner Hub portal. This helps the company to streamline access to vital sales resources and improve overall efficiency for its partners, including alliance, technology integration, channel, and managed security service providers (MSSPs).

The Lookout Partner Hub, built on Impartner’s partner relationship management (PRM) solution, offers channel partners access to essential sales and support resources. The hub also offers access to the Lookout Partner Academy, where partners can complete online training courses to become Lookout Qualified.

The newly integrated Expert Virtual Assistant (EVA) chatbot from Embrace.ai is set to enhance the partner experience significantly. It offers an intuitive interface that allows partners to access critical sales and marketing information regarding Lookout’s products.
