EG Medical announced the change in its corporate name to “Atalys”. For marketing and branding purposes, the company will now begin to refer to itself under this new corporate name. As part of the name change, the company has released a new corporate logo and launched a new website
The company’s new name is derived from, and is pronounced the same way as, the word “catalyst.” It embodies the positive impact and change the company strives to bring to its OEM partners and the patients they serve.

The 3-sided symbol of the logo reflects the symbiotic partnership between the company and its OEM customers and vendors. It also symbolizes the exact nature of how the company approaches manufacturing challenges and, more importantly, the engineering innovation enabled by passion and precision to create state-of-the-art components and products for critical life sciences and health care applications such as MIS (minimally invasive surgery) and RAS (robotic-assisted surgery), as well as other high precision consumer and industrial products.
