Twilio Segment Launches Linked Audiences Beta, Revolutionizing Customer Engagement with AWS

On December 2, 2024, Twilio announced the public beta launch of its Linked Audiences feature in Twilio Segment for Amazon Redshift at AWS re:Invent 2024. This integration enhances the ability of Twilio Segment and AWS users to create dynamic, contextually rich customer audiences, facilitating more effective personalized marketing campaigns that can significantly boost engagement. According to Thomas Wyatt, President of Twilio Segment, this development allows data teams to link unified customer profiles from Segment with critical business data stored in Redshift, providing marketers with a comprehensive view of customer interactions.

The Linked Audiences tool is designed for both B2B and B2C marketers, enabling them to explore trusted customer data within Redshift without needing SQL expertise or extensive coordination with data teams. This self-service capability empowers marketers to access a complete view of customer data, leading to more accurate targeting and improved return on investment.
