Cvent announced several planned AI-powered product offerings for its Event Marketing and Management platform that align with three key themes:

Enhanced Planner Efficiency

  • Elevated Content Creation: Cvent’s AI Writing Assistant, launched last year, now features a more conversational and context-aware experience that removes the need for planners to train the assistant on the details of each new event or program. Event professionals can interact with the AI assistant with simple conversational prompts to easily fine-tune content and copy for event websites, attendee communications, email marketing, mobile event apps, and more.
  • Self-Serve Attendee support: When embedded on an event website, Cvent’s new attendee-facing chatbots can quickly answer attendee questions about the event, helping to improve registration conversions. Onsite, the chatbots act as a virtual ‘concierge’ to improve and enhance attendee support, assisting with onsite questions and in building personalized event agendas.
  • Improved Registration Planning with Predictive Modeling: Accurate registration and attendance goals are critical when budgeting and contracting with venues and vendors and communicating with internal stakeholders. Leveraging millions of historical event data patterns and proprietary Cvent AI, event professionals can now more confidently predict registration and attendance counts to adjust room block commitments, food and beverage minimums, or event marketing efforts.
  • Simplified Event Intelligence: Session insights leverage conversational AI technology to generate quick responses and reports. Users can ask event data-related questions, such as, “Can you write me an Executive Summary of the opening keynote session and highlight any areas of opportunity?” and the tool will respond with an actionable analysis that can be shared with stakeholders.

Personalized Attendee Experience

  • New Levels of Personalization through Global Profiles: Leveraging the power of AI and Machine Learning, planners can now leverage robust attendee data to easily build relevant audience segments and leverage those insights to deliver more personalized event follow-up and marketing communications.
  • Session and Event Summaries: New AI-powered features will give attendees near-instant access to summaries of the sessions they attended, eliminating the need for in-session notetaking. Cvent also announced personalized Event Summaries, which will compile key moments across an entire event Each summary will provide attendees with actionable, impactful event takeaways, helping attendees better implement their learnings, educate team members, and prove the value of attendance to other internal stakeholders.
