“From independent graphic designers to global enterprises, we’re committed to making our customers’ content work the way they need it to, and that includes every stage of the content lifecycle,” said Martin Owen, CEO of Quark. “Channel partners have a vital role in our ability to help organizations modernize their content ecosystems to meet their strategic objectives. This era of Big Content holds significant opportunities to grow existing markets and penetrate new ones, which is why Alan’s proven track record in executing long-term, successful partner engagement strategies is essential to supercharging our partner program.”
Burnett, based in the United Kingdom, has a successful history of engaging partners to increase revenue, including developing new partnerships and sustaining long-term mutually beneficial alliances. Burnett was most recently global partner technical engagement leader at data governance company erwin, Inc., where he designed and implemented a partner development program that resulted in significant growth for the company and fueled new revenue opportunities for existing and new partners. Prior to erwin, Burnett was co-founder and COO of enterprise architecture company Corso.
“Quark is at an exciting point in its recent history with a strong technology portfolio to help organizations not only strengthen but transform their content operations,” Burnett noted. “I look forward to growing our partner community, ensuring they have the tools to assist customers in meeting the inevitable challenges they encounter in managing the entire lifecycle of their content assets – from product labels to investment research and codes and standards. With our advantages in structured, compliance-controlled authoring and modular content, omnichannel publishing and content intelligence, we’re uniquely positioned to help customers, and particularly those with heavy regulatory burdens, assess the effectiveness of their content strategies.”
