Badler will lead Morning Brew’s efforts in driving revenue growth across diverse industry verticals. She will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining revenue-focused initiatives — including the company’s thriving newsletter and podcast portfolio — working closely with teams in Sales, Strategy Operations, Insights, Analytics and the company’s Creative Studio.

Prior to Dotdash Meredith, Badler worked as the head of programmatic advertising at The New York Times, where she led multiple departments including revenue, partnerships, advertising, business development and account management. She has also held various roles directing programmatic efforts at prominent media companies like Hearst and Forbes Media.
