<p><strong>Preliminary Financial Overview</strong></p>
<p>OpenText expects no material revenue or operating expenses from Zix over the holiday season between December 23rd and 31st, within the current quarter (Fiscal 2022 Q2). Further financial projections from OpenText, as well as updated target models, will be provided when the company reports its second quarter Fiscal 2022 financial &amp; business results.</p>
<p><strong>Terms of the Acquisition</strong></p>

<li>The total purchase price is approximately 3.5x TTM (Trailing Twelve Months) Zix GAAP revenues (as of September 30, 2021)</li>

<p>Expanding on this, in 2021, Mphasis and <a href="https://www.ardonagh.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow external noreferrer sponsored ugc" data-wpel-link="external">Ardonagh</a> agreed to set up a shared services entity to service middle and back-office functions, while applying digital transformation. To execute on this, Mphasis and Ardonagh, today signed a Business Venture Agreement wherein, Mphasis acquires 51% in Mrald Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales, with 49% of the equity remaining with Ardonagh.</p>
<p>Mrald&#8217;s mission is to deliver innovation combined with operational, technological, and service excellence. Mrald is focused on enhancing broker &#8211; client relationships through data-driven insights while allowing brokers to scale for increased client engagement.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.mphasis.com/home.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow external noreferrer sponsored ugc" data-wpel-link="external">Mphasis</a> holds a majority share (51%) with both operating control and full economic interest, as well as bringing their existing offshore expertise to constitute an extended global outsourcing &amp; transformation proposition and capability that can be harnessed to personalise and to meet individual UK customer needs.</p>

<p>This multi-year managed services agreement comes as HCL has made a strategic commitment to expand its services and customer base across Mexico. HCL recently appointed Pablo Gallegos as its Mexico country head to lead HCL’s strategy in the region.</p>
<p>As part of the <a href="https://www.cemex.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow external noreferrer sponsored ugc" data-wpel-link="external">CEMEX</a> agreement, it will focus on global end-to-end transformation of IT lifecycle management, including IT managed services, digital transformation, infrastructure and application services, and end-user support. <a href="https://www.hcltech.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow external noreferrer sponsored ugc" data-wpel-link="external">HCL</a> will leverage hybrid cloud platforms and focus on unification and convergence of skills across traditional infrastructure, cloud, applications and digital using agile practices in a unique capacity-based flexible model to support higher cloud adoption and end-to-end modernization for CEMEX.</p>

<p>The integration makes use of the B2B Commerce Cloud as a headless commerce API to make B2B data and capabilities available within the Content Cloud. Now, B2B customers choosing to select both the B2B Commerce Cloud and Content Cloud with the new integration can:</p>

<li>Take advantage of B2B-specific features within the B2B Commerce Cloud</li>
<li>Use the Content Cloud to manage all the pages, templates, content and assets of their site</li>
<li>Benefit from an out-of-the-box, combined site search engine that searches products in the B2B Commerce catalog while searching content in the Content Cloud and combining the results</li>
<li>Manage their product catalog in B2B Commerce, but have all the products available for use in the Content Cloud</li>
<li>Build and manage multi-sites in the Content Cloud while leveraging the shared data for customers, products and orders in the B2B Commerce Cloud                                                                                                                                                                       To help customers get the most from the combined products, <a href="https://www.optimizely.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow external noreferrer sponsored ugc" data-wpel-link="external">Optimizely</a> is also releasing a B2B-specific sample site that includes numerous Content Cloud templates and blocks that can be used to accelerate customers’ build time. Customers can leverage the provided assets or reference them as examples before customizing their own. The sample site will address the time-to-market metric that many B2B customers find critical when selecting their technology vendors.</li>

<p><strong>Launching the Digital Optimization System</strong><br />
This year, Amplitude introduced its Digital Optimization System to help teams deeply understand digital customer behavior, predict which features and actions lead to business outcomes and adapt each experience in real time to maximize impact. To bring the power of digital optimization to customers, <a href="https://amplitude.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow external noreferrer sponsored ugc" data-wpel-link="external">Amplitude </a>launched two products this year, Amplitude Recommend, a self-service personalization engine powered by machine learning, behavioral data and product analytics, and Amplitude Experiment, an end-to-end experimentation solution.</p>

<p>Amplitude expanded its global customer portfolio in 2021 with new customers including Carvana, Glovo, Macmillan Learning, Miro, Smartsheet, SurveyMonkey and TripActions, and existing customer expansions including Spirit Airlines and Square.</p>
<p>Amplitude users are now expanding beyond product, engineering, marketing and data science roles to become the source of digital product insights across all digital teams. Amplitude Labs’ inaugural Product Report 2021 found the number of customer success roles using Amplitude surpassed that of data scientists for the first time.</p>
