Allison+Partners Expands Technology Practice’s U.S. Leadership Team

Allison+Partners announced the promotion of three U.S. senior members in the agency’s Technology practice: Sharon Barclay to managing director, B2B technology, U.S.; Jeff Leopold to managing director, CX; and Jaime Tero to managing director, technology. With over 60 years of combined experience, all three leaders will work in partnership with previously announced group presidents Karyn Barr and Jordan Fischler on overseeing the continued growth and diversification of Allison’s largest and fastest-growing practice area globally.

Long-time agency veteran Sharon Barclay will assume the role of managing director, B2B technology, U.S. Based in San Francisco, Barclay will now oversee the U.S. expansion of Allison’s enterprise technology portfolio, working alongside Barr and Fischler on marketing Allison+Partners’ diverse expertise in B2B and developing client offerings that cater specifically to the C-Suite. Barclay will continue to lead Allison+Partners’ Hewlett Packard Enterprise partnership.

As managing director, CX based in the New York office, Jeff Leopold will partner with Allison+Partners’ broader CX leadership team on developing best-in-class tools, techniques, resources and expertise that deliver quality service and meet our clients’ business goals. With more than 20 years of expertise in consumer and consumer technology, Leopold will tap into his experiences at Disney, Sharp Electronics and most recently as chief of staff to longstanding client Samsung to develop programs that strengthen and grow client relationships as well as employee career development.

Jaime Tero joined Allison+Partners’ SF office in 2018 and has since led the group’s growth efforts in cybersecurity, big data and emerging technology. Jaime’s 20 years of expertise in these specialties have resulted in a diverse global portfolio of startups and enterprise brands, including Teradata, Malwarebytes, UL Solutions SafeCyber, Revolution and more. In her new role, Jaime will be charged with advancing Allison+Partners’ reputation in these categories by developing new offerings that tap into the agency’s suite of integrated services and leveraging her international experience to identify talent and growth opportunities globally.
