Onward Search, a marketing, creative and technology workforce solutions provider, has announced the launch of Onward Imagine, a division dedicated to powering brand experiences through ecosystems of managed experts.
Onward Imagine equips in-house organizations with on-demand advisors and tailored teams of seasoned professionals to execute across functions. Leveraging one of the largest talent networks in the country, the new division delivers managed solution services with a focus in Marketing & Comms; Content & Creative; Experience Design; Operations & PM; and Martech & Data.

Long-time enterprise solutions and management consulting veteran, Brendon Derr, has been named Senior Vice President of Onward Imagine. In his newly announced role, Derr will be responsible for Onward Imagine’s strategic growth, client success and delivery operations. He brings 20+ years of experience developing creative solutions for industry-leading brands at companies like Cella and RevExecs, a consultancy Derr founded.
