Introducing Orchestrate: Pendo’s Latest Solution for Streamlining Omni-Channel Messaging

On October 8, 2024, Pendo, the all-in-one product experience platform, announced the launch of Orchestrate, a new tool that automates the creation and coordination of messaging through email and in-app guides. This aims to help product teams enhance user adoption and retention while driving company growth. With Orchestrate, Pendo becomes the first platform to integrate guide and email orchestration, all backed by product analytics. The announcement was made in front of a record audience of 2,000 at Pendomonium, the company’s annual product festival in downtown Raleigh.

Orchestrate revolutionizes how product teams engage with users through AI and automation. Product managers can now craft and deploy personalized messages based on user activity in their applications. For instance, if a user hasn’t logged in for 30 days, Orchestrate allows customers to send a reminder email and trigger an in-app “Welcome back” guide to highlight features that boost adoption. Additionally, it supports growth teams in creating and managing cross-channel messaging aimed at increasing trial conversions or expanding accounts.

Demand for Orchestrate is high, with over 200 companies already signed up as beta users. One of them is Jasmine Kraus, a product manager at Respage, a marketing and leasing automation platform for multi-family property owners. She’s leveraging Orchestrate to inform clients about new products and features that are most relevant to them.
