Ashley Kramer Joins ElevenLabs as Chief Revenue Officer

Ashley Kramer has joined ElevenLabs as Chief Revenue Officer, taking on a newly established leadership role as the company expands its focus on enterprise customers and commercial growth.
Kramer joins from OpenAI, where she most recently led enterprise sales. Her experience spans sales, marketing and product leadership across technology companies, including GitLab, Alteryx and Tableau. ElevenLabs said she brings two decades of experience working with high-growth technology businesses.
The appointment places Kramer at the intersection of revenue strategy, enterprise sales and customer adoption. As AI companies move from early experimentation toward wider business use, commercial leaders are increasingly responsible for helping organizations understand where AI fits into existing workflows and how adoption can be managed across teams.

Kramer’s background across enterprise sales and broader go-to-market functions is relevant to that shift. Enterprise AI purchasing decisions often involve multiple stakeholders, including technology, security, procurement and business leadership. This makes the sales process more complex than a traditional software purchase and increases the importance of customer education, implementation planning and long-term account relationships.
ElevenLabs develops voice and audio AI technology, with applications across areas such as conversational AI, content production and speech generation. The company’s decision to appoint its first Chief Revenue Officer reflects the growing importance of a dedicated commercial function as AI businesses develop more enterprise-oriented operations.
For marketing and revenue teams, the move also highlights how the boundaries between marketing, sales and customer success are becoming less distinct. Enterprise growth increasingly depends on aligning brand positioning, demand generation, sales engagement and customer outcomes around a shared understanding of business value.
Kramer’s appointment comes as ElevenLabs continues to build its position in the AI market and increase its focus on business customers. Her role will be closely watched as the company works to translate interest in voice AI into longer-term enterprise relationships and commercial adoption.
The move marks another step in Kramer’s technology career, bringing her enterprise sales experience to a company operating in one of the fastest-changing areas of the software industry.
