MNTN has appointed Frank Lee as Senior Vice President of Agency Partnerships, bringing an advertising industry veteran into a role focused on the company’s relationships with media agencies and its broader agency business.

Lee joins MNTN after serving as Global Head of Independent Agencies at Snap, where he led agency partnerships across the U.S. and Europe. He brings more than 25 years of experience spanning search, social, ecommerce, and Connected TV. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Meta, The Search Agency, DataPop, and Overture, and co-founded digital advertising company RealEyes Digital.

At MNTN, Lee will lead the agency business, with responsibilities including developing relationships with independent agencies and major agency holding companies. The appointment comes as Connected TV continues to become more closely integrated into performance marketing strategies.

CTV has traditionally been associated with brand awareness and television-style reach, but advances in targeting, measurement, and data are changing how advertisers evaluate the channel. Agencies are increasingly considering CTV alongside digital channels when building broader media strategies.

This shift is creating new requirements for agency partnerships. Media agencies need to assess audience targeting, measurement, campaign performance, and how CTV investments fit alongside search, social, programmatic, and other digital channels.

Lee’s background across several stages of digital advertising gives him experience with the industry's transition from search and social toward increasingly diverse and connected media environments. His new position places that experience within a CTV market that is continuing to develop as advertisers seek greater accountability from television investments.

For the broader AdTech and MarTech ecosystem, the appointment reflects the continued convergence of television and digital performance marketing. As CTV becomes more measurable and data-driven, agency relationships are likely to play an increasingly important role in how advertisers evaluate and allocate media budgets.

Lee’s appointment adds another senior advertising executive to MNTN’s leadership team as agencies and advertisers continue adapting to changes in media consumption, measurement, and technology.
