Unilever has promoted Parinaaz Saini to Digital Marketing Manager for the UK and Ireland, expanding her responsibilities within the company’s digital marketing organization.
In her new position, Saini will work across digital marketing activities for Unilever Food Solutions in the UK and Ireland. The role comes as food and hospitality brands continue to adapt their digital strategies around changing customer expectations, online discovery, content, and data-driven engagement.

The move highlights the continued importance of dedicated digital marketing leadership within large consumer and foodservice organizations. As audiences increasingly discover products, information, and brands through digital channels, marketing teams are balancing content, customer journeys, social platforms, search, and performance measurement.
For marketers, digital roles are also becoming more closely connected with broader business objectives. Campaign execution now often involves coordinating data, creative content, audience insights, and multiple digital touchpoints rather than operating as a standalone function.
Saini’s promotion adds another step to her work within Unilever Food Solutions and places her in a role focused on digital marketing across two key markets, the UK and Ireland.
The appointment reflects a wider shift in marketing organizations toward specialists who can manage digital channels while connecting them with customer behavior and broader marketing priorities.
