As part of the alliance, TELUS Digital will be the go-to implementation partner for implementing the customer experience AI solution offered by Cresta, thus allowing enterprises to incorporate both voice and chat-based AI agents, along with real-time agent support and conversational intelligence powered by artificial intelligence.
