Cybersecurity leader Sherrod DeGrippo has joined Palo Alto Networks to lead Threat Intelligence for Unit 42.
DeGrippo is a respected industry leader with deep experience and a distinctive perspective on the threat intelligence landscape. She will lead Unit 42’s research and intelligence teams, with a focus on delivering actionable intelligence as cyber threats become more sophisticated.
DeGrippo brings more than two decades of cybersecurity experience to the role. Most recently, she held senior threat intelligence and security leadership positions at Microsoft, where her work focused on understanding threat actor behavior and translating that intelligence into stronger security outcomes. Her career has also included roles across threat research, detection and security consulting.
