Zoho Unveils AI-Powered 'Projects Plus' for Enhanced Enterprise Project Management

Zoho Corporation has launched Projects Plus, a comprehensive platform integrating four key applications—Projects, WorkDrive, Analytics, and Sprints—to deliver data-driven and AI-enhanced project management tailored for mid-sized and large organizations. This unified solution facilitates asynchronous collaboration, seamless file management, real-time business intelligence, and supports both Agile and Waterfall workflows.

Building upon the success of Zoho Projects, which experienced a 41% year-on-year growth in India in 2024, Projects Plus addresses operational complexities by focusing on data democratization, AI integration, hybrid project management, and collaborative work management. CEO Mani Vembu noted, "The surge in digitalisation across the nation and the hybrid work culture have necessitated project management tools to be well-ingrained in the overall software architecture of an organisation." He added that Projects Plus combines "the latest AI-driven tools, data-first analytics, and privacy-focused protections" to meet the evolving needs of global enterprises. Notably, 55% of new users have migrated from platforms like Microsoft Project and JIRA, underscoring Zoho's expanding market presence.
