This strategic move expands Bond’s ability to leverage nearly 200 million consumer profiles worldwide, offering clients a unified engagement system that spans predictive analytics, loyalty strategy, enterprise MarTech, creative activation, and closed-loop performance measurement.

The acquisition combines Bond’s strength in data science and loyalty technology with Armadillo’s award-winning expertise in CRM and personalization for renowned brands such as Disney, easyJet, Nationwide Building Society, Greene King, Cunard, and Huel. With this integration, the combined organization now employs over 850 specialists across North America and Europe, reinforcing Bond’s international footprint while enabling brands to personalize every customer moment, optimize investments, and drive sustained commercial growth.
