Brian DeHaan Joins Marketbridge as Managing Director, Growth & Solutioning

Marketbridge has appointed Brian DeHaan as Managing Director, Growth & Solutioning, bringing together his experience across client-side and agency environments in a role focused on addressing complex business and growth challenges.

In his new position, DeHaan will work across Marketbridge’s solution and practice teams to connect strategy, creativity, data, technology, and execution around client needs. His responsibilities include understanding business challenges, developing scalable solutions, and translating opportunities into measurable outcomes.

DeHaan brings experience working on both sides of the client-partner relationship. During his time at Symantec, he held direct revenue accountability, gaining experience with the challenges of driving growth within a global enterprise. His broader career has included leadership across strategy, client services, business development, partnerships, and marketing.

The appointment comes as B2B organizations increasingly look to integrate marketing, technology, data, and measurement rather than manage these functions separately. AI is also changing how buyers research, evaluate, and engage with companies, creating greater demand for connected approaches to go-to-market strategy.

For Marketbridge, DeHaan’s remit centers on bringing the appropriate capabilities together around specific growth problems rather than approaching solutions through individual disciplines. His client-side experience also adds perspective on internal alignment, business priorities, and the practical steps required to move from strategy to execution.
