RAD Amplify Appoints Danny Lee as Sales Director

RAD Amplify has appointed Danny Lee as Sales Director as creator marketing continues to attract greater attention from brands looking for measurable outcomes from influencer and creator partnerships.
In his new role, Lee will focus on expanding strategic brand partnerships and supporting creator marketing programs. He brings more than a decade of experience across creator partnerships, influencer marketing, and digital media, with work spanning gaming, entertainment, and consumer brands. Most recently, he served as Director of Partnerships at QYOU Media, where he developed creator-led programs and new business opportunities.
Lee has also held leadership positions at Super League and Mobcrush, working on enterprise account management and large-scale creator campaigns. His experience includes campaigns involving platforms and properties such as Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, and Ubisoft.

The appointment comes as creator marketing increasingly moves toward performance-based planning. Brands are looking beyond audience size and engagement figures, with greater attention on whether specific creator partnerships can influence consumer behavior and contribute to business outcomes.
This shift is also changing the role of data and intelligence in creator selection. Rather than relying solely on historical performance or follower counts, marketers are increasingly looking for ways to understand audience relevance, cultural trends, and potential campaign impact before committing media budgets.
Lee's appointment adds a commercial leadership layer to RAD Amplify's focus on creator marketing intelligence. The company said the move will support its enterprise partnerships and demand generation activities as it expands its commercial organization.
For the wider advertising industry, the development reflects a broader transition in creator marketing from experimental campaigns toward more structured media investment. As budgets grow, measurement, audience intelligence, and the ability to connect creator activity with business objectives are likely to become increasingly important considerations for marketers.
