HubSpot has officially become the first CRM to integrate a deep research connector with ChatGPT, marking a significant leap in how businesses can generate, access, and act on advanced insights across go-to-market functions.

With more than 75% of HubSpot customers already leveraging ChatGPT*, this new integration brings unparalleled analytical power directly into the workflows of marketing, sales, support, and customer success teams. By bridging ChatGPT’s reasoning capabilities with HubSpot’s CRM data, users can uncover hidden patterns, make data-backed decisions faster, and launch precision-targeted strategies—without requiring technical expertise.

Using ChatGPT, teams can now engage in complex queries and instantly take action:

  • Marketing professionals can ask, “find my highest-converting cohorts from recent contacts and create a tailored nurture sequence to boost engagement,” and then deploy those insights via automated workflows in HubSpot.
