Backed by private equity sponsor Wise Equity, the deal combines Onetag’s global exchange and smart curation capabilities with Aryel’s immersive and interactive creative technologies to create a unified platform that links media quality, creative performance, data and AI-driven decisioning. Through this integration, Aryel’s interactive ad formats will be embedded directly into Onetag’s exchange, enabling advertisers to deploy high-impact creative experiences across more than 50,000 premium placements while using real-time engagement data to inform automated campaign optimisation.
