Deluxe Hires American Express Executive as New Chief Technology and Digital Officer

Yogaraj Jayaprakasam brings deep expertise to accelerate transformation

Deluxe, a Trusted Payments and Business Technology™ company, announced the addition of Yogaraj (Yogs) Jayaprakasam to the Executive Leadership Team in the newly created position of Chief Technology and Digital Officer.

Jayaprakasam has overall responsibility for the company’s technology and digital assets. In this role, he is leading development of the technology-based products and platforms which are becoming the company’s core products. Further, he is tasked to deliver operating efficiency from the company’s recently installed modern cloud-based infrastructure.

Jayaprakasam comes to Deluxe from American Express, where he most recently served as Unit Chief Information Officer for the Global and Large Client Group and Head of Engineering for B2B Digital Payments. He has a successful track record in creating global engineering and product organizations and in delivering large scale digital and data platform solutions. At American Express, he led technology initiatives for the Global Commercial Services division which services more than 60 percent of the world’s Fortune 500 clients.
