DoubleVerify Broadens Media Quality Metrics on LinkedIn to Fortify Brand Safeguards and Measure Media Performance

On October 22, 2024, DoubleVerify (DV), a leading digital media measurement software platform, announced the expansion of its independent media quality measurement to include LinkedIn’s premium video inventory. This enhancement allows advertisers to verify the viewability of their video ads on LinkedIn and protect them from invalid traffic (IVT), thereby improving campaign effectiveness.

Mark Zagorski, CEO of DoubleVerify, stated, “Our role as a measurement source for viewability and IVT in LinkedIn’s premium video inventory reinforces our leadership in the industry and technology. It highlights our commitment to ensuring media quality across all platforms globally.” He added that LinkedIn’s premium environment and stringent partner performance standards align well with DV’s innovative solutions.

Advertisers can utilize DV Pinnacle®, the company’s unified service and analytics reporting platform, to access measurement data and insights that help monitor and optimize LinkedIn ad campaign performance.

Abhishek Shrivastava, VP of Product at LinkedIn, remarked, “Our collaboration with DoubleVerify enables our customers to confidently reach and engage buyers through video. With DV’s viewability metrics, clients can gain valuable insights to enhance their B2B campaigns on a safe and trusted platform.”

This announcement builds on the existing partnership between DV and LinkedIn, which began in November 2022 when DV expanded its pre-bid solutions to the LinkedIn Audience Network, introducing DV Authentic Brand Suitability and DV Custom Contextual solutions. This ongoing collaboration underscores LinkedIn’s commitment to providing safe and trusted advertising experiences.

DV plans to make this offering available to all advertisers in the coming days.
