OUTFRONT and AdQuick Partners to Accelerate IRL Media Campaigns
OUTFRONT Media, one of the largest and most respected real-world (IRL) media companies in the United States, announced an exclusive, multi-year strategic partnership with AdQuick, Inc., a leading platform for out-of-home (OOH) advertising planning, buying, and measurement.
As per the agreement, AdQuick will license its OOH sales cloud platform to OUTFRONT for a period of three years, including an exclusivity clause. As a part of the deal, OUTFRONT will also invest a maximum of $20.0 million in AdQuick, based on certain milestones achieved. As a result of this partnership, the two companies will combine their strengths of OUTFRONT’s national premium media assets with AdQuick’s technology to drive innovation and efficiency in the IRL media space.
The collaboration aims to provide a more streamlined and end-to-end process for planning, executing, and measuring OOH campaigns. With the integration of AdQuick’s data-driven planning and inventory capabilities and OUTFRONT’s roadside, transit, and digital out-of-home media, advertisers and agencies will be able to go from plan to launch in a more streamlined fashion with greater consistency and reporting.

AdQuick’s technology will enable OUTFRONT to improve the sales process, speed up time-to-market, and provide integrated reporting that links planning, execution, and results. This deal does not alter AdQuick’s open marketplace business model. AdQuick will maintain its marketplace on an open platform, ensuring equal access and terms for all media owners participating in the marketplace.
