SAP today disclosed recent integrations to help client success, sales, and ecommerce at SAP CX Live. SAP declared integrations with Gainsight, a customer success and product experience provider, and ChannelEngine, an online marketplace integrator. The company also revealed the SAP Emarsys annual Customer Loyalty Index. The announcements overlapped with the online event SAP CX Live.
The integrations are desired at enterprise-level SAP clients. Gainsight is likely to be of better interest in the B2B landscape, while ChannelEngine presents opportunities for ecommerce companies.

The Gainsight alliance. The integration between Gainsight Customer Success and SAP Sales Cloud aims to offer a seamless, continuing customer journey exceeding conversion, assisting customer retention and growth. With Gainsight data available within the Sales Cloud platform, client success managers can expand cross-sell and upsell opportunities while sales reps continue to incorporate client satisfaction and product usage insights into the following sales cycles.
