ShipBob Appoints Jeetu Mahtani as Chief Revenue Officer

ShipBob, a leading global supply chain and fulfillment platform for SMB and Mid-Market ecommerce merchants, announced the hiring of Jeetu Mahtani as Chief Revenue Officer. Mahtani joins ShipBob with over 25 years of experience leading GTM teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Ecosystem, including having spent nearly 15 years at HubSpot where he was an early member of the team and concluded his time as EVP of Global Customer Success.

During his time at HubSpot, Mahtani saw the company’s growth to over $2B ARR and founded their International business by launching the first global office in Dublin and playing a key role in opening another eight offices over the following decade. Under his leadership, the business grew its non-US revenue to nearly $1B ARR. After running the International business as the global Managing Director and Sales leader, Mahtani took on a new challenge to transform the 1,500-person Customer Success organization, which became a revenue-producing team using various digitally scaled motions powered by AI to enable customers to self-service, activate, and realize long-term value.
