Salesforce Launches Agentforce3 to Scale AI Agents with Enhanced Visibility

Salesforce has launched Agentforce 3, its most advanced upgrade to the Agentforce digital labor platform, tackling two critical enterprise challenges—visibility and control of AI agents—through major enhancements unveiled on June 23, 2025. Central to the update is the new Agentforce Command Center, an observability console built into Agentforce Studio that delivers real-time dashboards on agent health, latency, error rates, and performance. It provides analytics on interaction trends, live alerts, and AI-driven recommendations, enabling teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize agents throughout their lifecycle.
