LoopMe’s Acquisition of Chartboost Set to Revolutionize Mobile Advertising!

On December 10, 2024, LoopMe announced its acquisition of Chartboost, a mobile advertising and monetization platform, from Zynga Inc., a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software. This strategic acquisition comes as LoopMe experiences significant growth, boasting a 40% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in gross revenue from FY2018 to 2023. By integrating Chartboost’s advanced technology and extensive publisher network, LoopMe aims to enhance its AI-driven brand advertising capabilities across digital platforms.

Chartboost is recognized for its innovative approach to mobile programmatic advertising, connecting app developers with marketers through engaging ad experiences. It also offers mediation services that provide transparency and control for gaming publishers. The merger is expected to expand LoopMe’s presence in the mobile app ecosystem, significantly increasing its SDK network and reinforcing its AI technology platform.
