Mirriad Advertising PLC on Thursday confirmed Nic Hellyer has joined as chief financial officer.
Shares in the London-based provider of in-content advertising technology were down 11% to 2.06 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
In October, Mirriad Advertising announced that Hellyer would join the company as CFO, taking over from David Dorans. Dorans will remain on the board until the end of 2023.

Hellyer was previously CFO at customer engagement software provider Pelatro PLC, resigning in late August after over six years in the role. Prior to this he was CFO at New York-based Bannix Acquisition Corp from February 2021 to October 2022, and at Chester, England-based antimicrobial technology developer Byotrol PLC from May 2019 to December 2021.
