Stingray Strengthens Connected TV and Digital Signage Services Through Loupe Art Acquisition

On December 23, 2024, Stingray, a leader in music and video content distribution, business services, and advertising solutions, announced its acquisition of Loupe Art, a prominent visual art streaming service for Smart TVs and Digital Signage. This move is designed to strengthen Stingray’s presence on Connected TVs and enhance its digital signage offerings for businesses.

Established in 2016, Loupe Art boasts a library of over 10,000 original artworks from more than 750 artists across 50 countries. Its platform features curated art collections and themed episodes that blend visual art with music, creating a unique ambient entertainment experience. Loupe Art has built a global audience through partnerships with major platforms, including Apple TV, Amazon, Google TV, Samsung, LG, Comcast, LocalNow, Freecast, and WhaleTV+.

The acquisition allows Stingray to integrate Loupe’s patented technology and vast content catalog into its FAST channels on Connected TVs. Additionally, Stingray Business will incorporate Loupe’s customized art displays into its digital signage solutions, offering businesses dynamic and tailored visual content for their locations.
