AI platform Haiper has intrigued over 4.5 million users within just 200 days of its launch, marking a significant milestone with the debut of Haiper 2.0—a next-generation video creation model designed to deliver unprecedented realism and speed in content generation.
Haiper 2.0 leverages a unique blend of transformer-based models and diffusion techniques to heighten both quality and realism, setting a new benchmark in the industry. Building on the momentum of its recent user milestone, Haiper is also rolling out Video Templates, offering users pre-designed formats for popular video styles, including product ads and social media content. As the Haiper community continues to contribute fresh designs, the selection of Templates continues to expand, enabling creators to explore new creative and business applications with ease.
The new model promises to generate videos with superior resolution—up to 4K soon—and faster processing speeds, with enhancements in temporal coherence for smoother, lifelike motion. Haiper’s CEO, Dr. Yishu Miao, expressed the company’s vision for this advancement: “Haiper 2.0 represents a major leap forward in our mission to enable ultra-realistic, fast video generation. We’re constantly listening to creators, and our improvements focus on what matters most to them—speed, realism, and seamless movement. With the addition of Templates, we’re making it even easier for anyone, from casual users to enterprise clients, to bring their ideas to life.”

A New Way to Create with Templates
Accompanying Haiper 2.0’s launch, Templates offer users streamlined workflows for animating images into dynamic videos, catering to both professional and fun, trending applications. From brand logo animations to playful, viral content like TikTok dances, users can upload their images and have Haiper transform them into engaging shareable videos. This feature reduces the need for complex prompting while allowing further customization so that every video aligns with the creator’s vision.
Behind Haiper’s Visionary Team
Haiper was co-founded in 2021 by Dr. Yishu Miao (CEO) and Dr. Ziyu Wang (CTO), both holding PhDs in Machine Learning from Oxford University and with prior experience at DeepMind. They have collaborated with AI trailblazers like Geoffrey Hinton and Nando de Freitas, bringing deep expertise to Haiper’s innovation. Since securing USD 13.8M in seed funding earlier this year, the platform has introduced features such as HD upscaling, Text2Image generation, and Keyframe Conditioning for precision editing. In partnership with NVIDIA, Haiper is also exploring extended video lengths of up to 30 seconds, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven video generation.
