Socialty Pro CEO, TikTok Expert and Vertical Video Speaker Austin Armstrong honored at 2022 Video Marketing World
Socialty Pro CEO, entrepreneur, BusinessTOK Podcast Host, TikTok Influencer, and lifelong digital marketer Austin Armstrong was honored at the national Video Marketing World conference (Oct 6-8, 2022) in Dallas, Texas, last week. Conference organizers Scott Simson, Camber Simson, and Chas Wilson recognized Armstrong with a special Dark Horse Society Award for building a $1+ million annual revenue company for @SocialtyPro, which is a full-service digital marketing agency specializing in TikTok marketing for business and Search Engine Optimization – without paying for any ads.

Along with being honored at this industry professional conference, Armstrong was a featured speaker on the topic of “How to Leverage Vertical Videos to Dominate Every Social Media Platform.” Based on doing video marketing for eight years, Armstrong shared his top secrets for turning videos into revenue streams.
While over 1.18 million combined followers/subscribers for Socialty Pro across social media platforms, Austin Armstrong emphasizes, “Likes and Follows are great to have on social media, but they are vanity metrics that don’t pay the bills. You need a growth hacking strategy that includes a hook, value and call to action in your videos. ”
With video being the fastest social media platform and easiest way to build business momentum, Armstrong believes it’s still very early for TikTok with many business marketing opportunities. And according to NBC News, Cloudfare ranked TikTok as the most visited website in 2021, surpassing Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, YouTube, Twitter and WhatsApp, in that order.
To build an annual $1 million dollar revenue business, Armstrong had an untraditional start (no college, self-taught), and went from being an unpaid intern to paid employee and now CEO.
Armstrong’s Socialty Pro company works with many different industries and businesses in the areas of health (addiction treatment centers, behavioral healthcare, therapists, medical professionals), legal, real estate, and many others. To maximize video marketing for his business, Armstrong regularly posts 2-3 videos a day using proven repeatable formulas.
Armstrong’s company Socialty Pro has seven revenue streams, including:
1. Client Acquisition
2. Sponsored Brand Deals
3. Affiliate Marketing
4. Consulting Services
5. Selling Digital Downloads
6. Advertising Revenue Share from the Platforms
7. Creating Videos for Brands
