Gilbert has over 20 years of leadership experience driving customer growth for companies globally. In his most recent role at TickSmith as Chief Revenue Officer, Gilbert has propelled the go-to-market strategy forward significantly with his deep understanding of the enterprise and extensive leadership.

Gilbert succeeds Francis Wenzel, who announced he will lead investment and partner relations as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at TickSmith. Wenzel says, “Ian made a lasting impression on the executive and board members with his vision to accelerate this already rapidly growing business. He has made a tremendous impact at TickSmith to date, and we have no doubt that he will continue this momentum as our new CEO.”
