Kaltura has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire PathFactory, a content intelligence and personalization platform driven by AI technology, in a deal worth around $22 million and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. The acquisition will be a step in Kaltura’s journey to become a digital experience platform by leveraging PathFactory’s content intelligence and personalization capabilities, intent data analysis, and customer journey orchestration capabilities. PathFactory’s technology allows companies to better understand user intent and personalize content delivery and engagement across digital channels and experiences, which aligns well with Kaltura’s strengths in video, virtual events, and AI-powered interactive experiences.

By integrating all of these features, Kaltura aims to create more personal and result-oriented experiences in the customer and employee journeys through the use of multimodal AI, conversations, and content sequencing.
